 Apparel Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any apparel item that has not been worn or washed. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for apparel items that have been worn or washed. To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@awesomeflyers.com to start the refund process. Please note that you are responsible for shipping the item back to Awesome Flyers, and you will incur the shipping costs. Your refund will not include the original shipping cost.

Glass Products Returns

 For glass products, we offer a 12-day return policy if the item arrives broken or defective. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us via email at shop@awesomeflyers.com within 12 days of receiving the item and provide pictures of the damage as it was received in the shipping box. We will replace the damaged glass product at no additional cost to you. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for glass products.

Digital Products

All digital products sold by Awesome Flyers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once purchased, digital products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@awesomeflyers.com and send your item to: Awesomeflyers 4785 Hemlock Dr. Conyers, GA 30094

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund and Returns Policy for Custom Items

At Awesome Flyers LLC, we take pride in creating custom items tailored to our customers’ preferences and specifications. Each custom item is meticulously crafted to meet your unique requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an error or defect on our part.

Refund Policy:

  • We do not provide refunds for custom items once the order has been placed and production has commenced.
  • Refunds will only be issued if there is a manufacturing defect or an error occurred during the customization process that renders the item unusable or significantly different from what was agreed upon.

Returns Policy:

  • We do not accept returns for custom items unless they are defective or contain errors attributable to our manufacturing process.
  • If you believe your custom item is defective or contains errors, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or error.
  • Upon verification of the defect or error, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Exchange Policy:

  • We will only exchange custom items if there was an error or defect on our part during the manufacturing process.
  • Exchanges will be for the same item and design as originally ordered.
  • Customers must notify us of any errors or defects within 7 days of receiving their order.
  • Exchanges will be processed once the original item is returned to us and the defect or error is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations of custom orders can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, before production begins.
  • Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accommodated as materials and labor costs have already been incurred.

Please note:

  • Custom items are made-to-order and may have slight variations from the product images or descriptions due to the handmade nature of our production process.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges if the item has been altered, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
